Holistic Organizing is:
- A free phone consultation.
- An in-person consultation.
- Organized spaces.
- A free follow-up phone call.
The in-person consultation includes:
- More clarity on what is most beneficial for your needs and life goals.
- A tour and assessment of your spaces.
- Tasks to address before our first session.
The organized spaces include some or all of the following:
- Helping you prioritize your tasks and stay focused to goal completion.
- Helping you consolidate your kept belongings and make effective decisions about them.
- Efficiently packing your boxes, vehicles, and storage units.
- Purchasing organizational tools and items as needed or desired.
- Effectively addressing papers, photos, heirlooms, and furniture.
- Providing direction for daily order maintenance.
- Creating digital or tangible plans that allow you to flow easily with updates and additions.
- Feng Shui recommendations and implementations.
- Compiling items you are ready to gift, thrift, donate, sell, or recycle.
- Taking some “no longer beneficial items” to a donation location on your behalf.
- Creating a personalized list of action steps for you to address prior to our next meeting.
- Coaching you to functionality and ease.
The follow-up phone call is a brief check-in to see how you are enjoying your renewed spaces.

Rates and Specials
Phone consultation (20-30 minutes) – Free
In-person consultation (20-45 minutes) – $30
Organizing sessions – $75/hour, 8 hour minimum to begin.
- Organizing sessions occur in 4 hour increments (occasionally we do 3 or 5 hour lengths based on your needs). Once the first 2 sessions (8 hour minimum) are complete, any amount of sessions can be scheduled.
Specials:
Complete 16 hours of organizing in a 2 week time-frame (14 days) and receive 1 of these hours free. Any unused hours are forfeited.
Receive a $50 credit toward any future BCN service when you split 6 organizing sessions (24 hours) with 1 or more friends. All sessions must be completed in July. Friends must be new to BCN.
All specials are paid in full, up front, and not combinable with other offers.
Flyer Fun:
Take a picture of a BCN flyer where you see it posted in Pittsburgh and you will be entered for a chance to win $25 in BCN credit. Drawings occur every Sunday. They include all photos taken and texted prior to the drawing time. Flyer rules:
- Take a photo of a BCN flyer.

- Check the BCN website on Sunday or Monday to find out that week’s winner.
