Reiki is great for when you want inner balance, clarity of mind and emotions, help accepting and/or releasing emotions, overall health, support resolving life issues, or rejuvenating sleep.

Kira is a certified level II Reiki practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage who likes to get to the root cause of issues. Operating with integrity, tact, and empathy, she is always ready to facilitate your highest good.

Kira’s Supportive Reiki is:

  • A 45-60 minute session occurring in the comfort of your own space. This includes a “settling in” and “integrating after” period so you can ease between spiritual and physical mode.

Reiki helps you understand your circumstances and be receptive to their resolve. Sometimes this takes a different form or time-frame than we expect. Please remember to be kind to       yourself as you traverse your growth and acclimate to your new wellness.
